Actually we have two waitresses at the nightclub I work at that don't drink. No they are not mormon either. I thought it was odd as (frank) too, although one is a recovering alcoholic so all the power to her to be around it and not touch it

Thats what I said, but then again, what better way to avoid temptation, then to surround yourself with it. It's not like she can drink on shift. Whatever works works i guess.

I hear ya man. I only do it Friday n Saturdays but after I have dealt with drunk retards for 3 busy hours from 11-2, I don't wanna be around anyone after that except for my dog. Besides, contrary to popular belief, alcohol doesn't help ya sleep either, usually makes it worse. That's why ya gotta mix it with gravol or benadryl.

I was a habitual user of the stuff after a car accident in 08. That stuff makes it worse, you sleep, but never really go through all the necessary sleep cycles on opiates. After shift work for 8 years, plus the car accident. I developed some pretty serious insomnia. No point fixing it now since will probably be back doing shift work in Mursing when I am done school next year. Best fix is exercise, no stimulants after 6, and no alcohol or TV late at night. But that is just so (frank)ing boring.

I hear ya man. I actually conducted an experiment a year ago. Abstained from alcohol for 8 weeks and it was amazing how the body reacts and you sleep a lot better, even just one drink afterwards late at night effected my sleep. But (frank) that, was too boring, just take breaks every now and again

I have cough medicine with codeine in it..... ibest stuff around when you have a bad cold. You pretty much sleep it off.
