Apparently you haven't seen Bozak play much. - 1979AD
IOC won't let Bozak play. They haven't been able to test him positive for drugs but because his level of play is head and shoulders above any other player in the world, they are convinced he must be on something. |

Lucic is great for the small ice and North American style of play, but when it comes to olympic size ice and a less physical game, Lucic shouldnt be ahead of others. - systemtool
This tournament is not his element. I'll be shocked if he makes the roster. |

Are we putting Hall on the Crosby line because we feel sorry that he got his face skated on? That's the only explanation I can come up with. Bozak has the chemistry and the faceoff skills (when Crosby gets kicked out) for that line IMHO.
edit: I noticed a typo - you have RNH in that lineup too. - 1979AD
Well hall is really fast and probably the best LW in the NHL since OV is now a RW |

By the end of it, nobody will remember Crossbies name. |

Well that makes sense. It's the French isn't? They need a new target - someone else from North America with equally impressive athletic accomplishments - now that they've finally ruined Lance Armstrong. |

i don't think there should be any question about nash not making the team. he's a better skater than the majority of the forwards invited to camp and will be in the top 6 and probably on the 1st line. - rangerdanger94
this. Nash is a lock. |

Maybe next olympics but he has no chance for Sochi unless half the team gets injured |

He (frank)ing better. That's the difference between Canadas gold medal and Belarus pulling a fast one to beat out The Avengers goon squad in the semis and the Mississippi Hippy-Zippies for gold. |

Getzlaf is FAR from a lock on this team... He cant skate well enough, and Mike Richards is in the exact same boat. Both definitely make the team if played on NHL ice, but neither will make the team going to Sochi on the big ice. thats exactly the reason we got so beat up in Turin 2006. We took too many grinders. Lucic and Thornton (and too a lesser degree, Ladd and Kunitz) are also slugs and wont make this team...
However Nash is pretty much guaranteed a spot. He proved he can play a shut down role in Vancouver, and I dont think Canada has EVER had a player perform better than Rick Nash consistently has for his country over the years.

Ive learned from experience that length is much more important than the looks. Keep er polished and lengthy, and we win, even if it reminds us a bit of carrottop |

If he wasn't injured last year everybody would think different some people think he is a bust but didn't know he played with a bum shoulder all year. IMO opinion he would be the best passer on the team |
