Canada for sure. They have the obvious advantage between the pipes. - fiveandagame
And who would that be that is better than quick Henrik Tukka/pekka
and Bob? Canadas weakest area is between the pipes. |

Yeah, because upsets never happen.
We should have just handed Pittsburg the cup this year, the Canucks the cup the last couple of years, etc.
The D is closer than you think. It is pretty damn even as far as talent goes. Maybe if you didn't have your Canadian colored glasses on you could see that.
A goaltender can steal a game on his own, and your guys are either great or shaky, Quick is about as consistent as they come.
Will Canada win? Most likely. Can they lose without your dumb excuses given? Absolutely.
And I know you are not a true Canadian because you didn't use sorry once in your post so your whole point is null and invalid from the get-go. - StayTunedMTC
I agree with this post -particularly the part about handing the pens the cup.
Having these names on paper doesn't mean jack; Which is coincidentally
what letang did in the playoffs. Suter had a better year than Weber and the us has mcdonagh! |

Yeah it's their "weakest" area but they'll still have 3 of the leagues better goalies and all you need is one of them to be hot. |

Agreed.
Canada is undoubtedly the best team on paper. But to say they cant be beaten for any other reason than injuries etc is blind.
In russia on the big ice against other brilliant teams? No one should be too shocked if they didnt walk away with gold |

Canada. I think the US roster is better suited for the small ice. |

By this logic Tyler Bozak should be on Team Canada instead of Tavares. - 1979AD

So rookie of the year doesn't get an invite from Canada? But Bjugstad gets one for USA? How is that even possible. Bjugstad blows - floridapanthers4ev

History says Canada won't either. It's been 40 years since the USA mens team won a medal outside North America, and 20 for Canada. |

For all the Price haters out there, I have two questions:
1) Do you think Chicago would have won the Stanley Cup with Price (playing behind that elite defense core)
2) Do you think the Habs would have made the playoffs - or finish 1st in the north east with Crawford. (behind that poopty, easily pushed around defense core)? - HabsRUs
Not to mention compare Quick playing in the most relaxed and least pressured organization in the league to Price in the most scrutinized, abused, pressured in the league.
Trade those two straight across and see how all the hype would be exactly the opposite.
