Ha ha I guess it's tough to argue with teenaged bloggers and people who have never played the game but whatever...I remember watching the Devils in their first season back in '82 when Bobby Macmillan was the man, I hoped they would be successful then and still do...this new ownership better not screw it up.

Those numbers are complete BS and everyone knows it...so...sorry....I DO know how numbers work...and those numbers are COMPLETE GARBAGE...the proof is on video...

If they are paid for, do the dollars count less than a body in the seat?

Numbers are numbers buddy, a game could be sold out, and nobody could show up, but that doesn't mean it isn't sold out.

Also, talk about the 80's all you want, but when a team makes the cup finals every 5-6 years over the history of the team, somebody will want a piece of it.....

Attendance is not only an opinion, but apparently you also need to have played the game to determine how high attendance really is.

You can't judge Devils attendance by what you see on tv. Those empty seats you see the most in the lower section are club seats which are like $300. The upper sections which you cannot see are always pretty much filled.
But it doesn't matter because our team sucks, our fan base sucks and we're a joke of a franchise.

Its comments like this that make me wonder why some people even bother posting when they have no (frank)in clue what they are talking about.
