Congratulations you win! For what you say? The stupidest comment on Hockeybuzz since it's inception. Way to perfect the art of trolling!

He was being sarcastic. Because idiots visit this thread and say "Quebec Devils!"

Just watched it. Definitely seems like they are planning on making some big changes in how the organization runs. Seems like they are going to put a heavy focus on marketing more than previous owners. Whether these changes will be successful will have to be judged in the future. We probably shouldn't have to worry about finances for a while though.

I think we have a lot to be excited about I am not sure how much is truth when they say they are Jersey boys but if they are they wont be disinterested like some people have stated that they have done a horrendeous job with the 76s

I love the Devils but how are they a profitable franchise? The building is half empty for every single game during the regular season. I hope they turn this ship around because it seems like it is sinking fast...does this buy them a few more years? If nobody show up for the games the new owners will simply sell and the team will relocate...and this seems inevitable...somebody please enlighten me! I hope they stay put but with less than 10 000 people per game how is this possible long term?

Its memes man they have made everyone think the building is empty every night and there is no one at the games and now that there is new ownership with very deep pockets that are willing to work on the business side of the devils and what not we should only see an increase in popularity and fans but all people need are a few stories stating stuff that is mostly false to create an opinion about something they no little to nothing about.

Oilers CAPACITY is only 16 500 so there is your answer...and its packed EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. But thanks for coming out...it costs $300 for a decent ticket to an Oilers game...so let's not even compare apples to oranges thanks...

You know you're doing something right when teams beneath us try to troll. Or maybe they're mad they didn't get a certain goalie.

Numbers are numbers buddy, no reason to get mad just because the pathetic Devils who have roughly 2 dozen fans have more people come to their games than the Oilers do

Hey I don't want the Devils to go anywhere...I hope they get the attention they deserve in the area...they should be FILLING that building every night, it's one of the nicest barns in the league...it's frustrating to watch though...

It is true that if we drafted 1st overall 4 years in a row we wouldn't have many people coming to our arena. Truly shows how good a team is when you can lose over and over and still have people come.

Oh you mean the first years of a team that brought with it the failings of two prior franchises? I wonder why they were so bad.

Thank God. It always bothered me that the Devils have always been so absent in garnering attention and building fans from outside our immediate area.

I know this is such a small thing, but to me it just illustrates how ignorant they are to what sells and what gets fans talking about the Devils: the green jerseys. I see them everywhere, people buying green jerseys and wearing them to the Pru. We still haven't implemented them as alternates (which would require us to wear them on a certain number of home games per year), and we inexplicably cancelled the one game we usually wear them a year. I know it sounds silly but this is the stuff that kids get excited about. People buy them, they play with them in the video games, its gets us some exposure.

- TheJerseyDevil1

Yeah we definitely have been lacking in those regards. I wouldn't even mind if we kept the old jerseys for that 1 game and created a different third jersey, as long as its a good jersey of course.

Its comments like this that make me wonder why some people even bother posting when they have no (frank)in clue what they are talking about.
