Why couldn't it have been Rosehill hurt with a (frank)ing golf club?

Or Riley Cote. Anyone but (frank)ing Claude Giroux.

Ugh.

Another day, another Flyer's injury. Dammit I knew Snider selling his soul to win those 2 Cups would come back and haunt us for eternity!

Ian Lapperiere reported today that he might not be able to do the triathlon for charity that Bill has been mentioning in his daily blogs.

He said, via twitter, he had a bad bike fall a couple weeks ago and some of his old PCS symptoms have reappeared.

Damned shame for Lappy, hope he gets well soon.

I just saw that.

First Giroux and now Lappy.

Someone find the rest of the French speaking Flyers and put them in bubble wrap or something.

Well, first report, it was a player. Then a developmental coach. I'm guessing Lavi will be dead by 3 PM today.

I feel like a solid decision would be for me to leave work early today to show solidarity for the injured Flyers.

Right or wrong, this song always reminds me of John Debella.

Fully expecting Voracek to impale himself on a croquet wicket, Hartnell to get a concussion by whacking himself with a racket playing badminton, and Timonen to get a case of leprosy somehow.

don't forget the jai lai injuries to both goalies while they're working on an unorthodox jeff reese tracking drill.

I've never listened to more than 15 minutes of his show at a time, but I'm a big fan of the outro. I catch it almost every morning on the way into work.

Back before the days of Stern, the Morning Zoo was the height of morning radio in Philly.

It is cool. But the outro for the Morning Zoo on Friday's was awesome. Back in my younger partying days. Used to get me fired up for the weekend.

Giroux's injury is just the start of the injury bug guys.

I'm sure Mezy will break both his legs learning how to salsa dance any day now.

Voracek will come down with the flu, which later turns out to be a flesh eating virus that takes both his arms.

You call me pessimistic, I call it a curse.

So G had to have a hand surgeon fix the extensor tendon in his index finger.
This is not great.
These things can get infected.
Lots of stiffness afterwards because after surgery his fingers will have to be casted in extension until healed.
