I definitely think the Canadiens are moving in the right direction. This season we really need to see a emerging physical presence on D until Emelin comes back. That's the biggest problem I see with the team at this time. Next would be seeing if we get a consistent season from Price (I'm not bashing, I'm a huge fan and purchase his game used memorabilia from the bell centre sales). I think that if Price plays like he did for most of last year and builds on that then the D question becomes moot.
Can't wait to see Briere score some goals for the CH! And to see if the Gally's can produce again. No sophomore slumps!!! Lol.
Oh and more of PK being PK, except getting even better. Wow would that be amazing! |

long term, with Emelin, Tinordi and even Subban, there's going to be enough physicality on defence. hopefully as the team evolves, we'll see more of it up front. but i think the idea is to build a team tough enough not to get pushed around. you don't need to be a physically intimidating team to win.

I think all hab fans agree to sign Halpern, vet who knows his role, baffled right now. It would be nice to see them sign a steady low cost defenseman right now to fill emelins void. Habs will make playoffs, they will be fighting for top in division. Even if price plays average they have a shot, he bounces back and plays well all year, we got a top team. - kovey27

They aren't "hit junkies" who post stuff just to stay on the board. Except for Clouts but he posts so much that its obvious that he just loves hockey and isn't only looking for hits. |
