The only difference as I see it: Breast cancer is the most researched, marketed, and funded cancer in the world. Posting the color of your bra doesnt change or help that. Clearly, as we discovered with I-don't-need-no-stinkin-physical-Fred, people, especially those young enough for Mo-Vember, do need more awareness of prostate cancer.
