Air-popped popcorn without any butter is actually a very healthy, low fat, high fiber snack that's great for diets. But most microwavable popcorns or movie theater popcorn have too much salt and butter artificially added to be good for you. It needs to be air popped without any butter (but if it is, like I said, it's a great snack for diets).

i do.. and the gf gets organic seeds from the market.

the only thing i dont like about the organic stuff is it yields only about half as much.. when they pop they stay pretty compact.

I think we're mixing things up. They were indeed a first-place-in-the-division team last year, but still, we knew they weren't Cup contenders. The team as it is right now isn't built for the playoffs.
