Air-popped popcorn without any butter is actually a very healthy, low fat, high fiber snack that's great for diets. But most microwavable popcorns or movie theater popcorn have too much salt and butter artificially added to be good for you. It needs to be air popped without any butter (but if it is, like I said, it's a great snack for diets).
