no problem with it. we have cats that were raised inside. vets actually recommend keeping cats inside as it's much safer for them.
- Fountain-San

also much better for native bird populations

When a Pet cat is cared for, they are allowed to room outside unattended, and they have not be declawed.
- Oilhab

Everyone has its phylosophy. My mom's cat goes outside as much as he wants although he's declawed...she even wakes up 2-3 times a night to get it in and out...spoiled thing.

in general i agree with what you're saying, but a lot of pet birds can cruise around the house freely. my current bird is a little nervous zebra finch and he much prefers being in his cage, he gets nervous outside of it.

the two cats might be the cause of that...

Gonna post my first utube vid. A bald(sacha) eagle attacking a duck. Swopped 4 or 5 times at the duck. Duck kept going under water.

I've always been nice to you. Mostly because for the longest time I thought you were JVR.

But I will watch my step in the future. In case you decide to put me in a cage and let me spend the rest of my life looking at bars.

The house is on the edge of town and their is plent of wildlife around for it to hunt.

She always brings back the leftovers and leaves on the back porch as an offering to the family.

Seriously you should stick to subjects you know...like breakfast sandwiches. Pet birds aren't unhappier than pet cats when cared for.

- BashCH

ok good one.

my only problem is keeping an animal that can fly and has a huge range, kept in a cage.

The other day I entered a shopping center parking lot and had to brake fast because a prey bird landed just in front of my car with a small dead bird in its claws.

The thought of a bird cruising around my house poopting at will doesn't sit well with me.
