Was that the song they wrote exclusively for The Stars?

I remember hearing it at the time and liking it. Then again, I liked basically everything they did until "Reinventing the Steel."

Again, I don't see what Philadelphia's abysmal season and/or team construction has to do with creating a good arena playlist. I suppose you're either trying to get a rise out of me or would rather discuss how bad a bad team is as opposed to keeping to the topic on hand. But sure, go ahead.
- jmatchett383

If Philly had a good team there would be no point in considering euthanasia and hence it could be removed from Philly's playlist.

But...it's not on Philly's playlist, and I don't see why the team would consider adding it since it's in their best interests to market them as a good team.

Also, I don't get what one team's song has to do with "The Ultimate NHL Arena SWEET ROCK Playlist"

Maybe the Flyers removed it while this blog is active?

Maybe. Now, do you have any good songs that have to do with this blog?

Until today, I didn't think it was possible to troll your own team's blog.

No, one was by a manufactured crappy numetal band that got unnecessary radio play and was considered a hard song by many a "bro." Hatebreed, prior to the 3rd album, actually was a pioneer of the "metalcore" era of the mid-90s/early 200s.
- jmatchett383

Anything "core" isnt really worth it.

Well, to each their own. Granted, I can't get into any of that growly stuff anymore (give me good old H2O/Judge/etc) but as it goes, Hatebreed is the only one I really give much credit to. Shame they had to tour with Slipknot and let the mall kids in on the secret.

I've heard the Demons & Wizards version of Immigrant Song a few times. Strangely enough, they both work.

Hahaha, stupid mall kids . Hatebreed is touring with my favorite band (GWAR) coming up so they cant be all bad.

I might get ripped for judging music/being a GWAR fan but oh well. They have some arena worthy songs, just dont get any air play.

I'm actually seeing them Sunday. They're headlining "This is Hardcore" (stupid name, but, well, it is) this year. I'm sure they can't do their full production since it's just a fest, but should still be fun.

My buddy saw them maybe 16 years ago (damn). He went to the show with a white shirt. Next day, he wore his red/green shirt to school.

The Ducks and Flyers both use to play Bro Hymn by Pennywise when they scored. I hate both of them but love the song.

Yeah, it's a good song. NHL13 had some horrible remix of it on there. Probably their best song (the original, not the remix).

I Love LA is a great song. Chelsea Dagger, on the other hand, is universally hated by everyone but Blackhawk fans.
