Then so is Brassard All former first round picks who have yet to prove themselves. Grabner is the only player in the league that goes on two to three break aways a game. I think most analyst would say hes the fastest in the league and its not even close. As for Rangers being an offensive powerhouse, that's homerish to say since you guys averaged basically 2 goals a game the last few years.

If Cally leaves it will be to go to a contender. As for Hank it would be in his best interest to leave for an offensive powerhouse that is a goalie away from the cup.

Garth, enjoy the pipe dream. One key point you failed to mention is that Rangers can use their last remaining amnesty buyout on Richards and free up $6.6 million in cap room. Sather has this team well-positioned for the future, but enjoy the thoughts of Callahan coming back home. He and will be the Rangers' captain for the foreseeable future. Also, if extensions are signed during the year, they apply to the cap next year, not this season, one in which you point out the Rangers have a ton of room and the cap is expected to rise.

hagelin posted a time of 12.963 in the fastest skater competition.

grabner posted a time of 14.061 in the fastest skate competition.

hagelin beat him by over 1.0 seconds. in racing, that's monumental. so therefore, hagelin is way faster than grabner.

please don't use the number of breakaways per game a player has as a measurement of speed. i'm sure hagelin would've had multiple breakaways as well had he not been forced to play in the crease in the defensive zone.
