Seriously...if he had a season like he did in 11/12 every year...he's worth every penny for what he makes...if you put someone like that with the Sedins...they'd probably do very well...Burrows gets around 10 goals more with the Sedins...Stafford has been doing stuff with no one like the Sedins

watch how often this guy sends terrible passes, goes offside for no reason..he's streaky, but is invisible for the most part..him going to Vancouver could help though..as long as we get him out of Buffalo somewhere I am good

but just the last full season there was in the nhl...he got 20 goals...for 4 mill i'm fine with that if he hits as often as he did in that season...sure it hurts to give the puck away, put him on a line with kesler and i don't think you'd see the mistake as often in the back of our net as you might in buffalo

I agree with you here. Van needs a RW for their top 6 and also have the cap space to absorb Stafford's cap hit. Also, he has the 10th most points from his draft year, so there must be some upside to him. He had a rough year but its possible that a change of scenery and a fan base that believes in him may change his game around. In the past he has lit up the Oilers and playing them more often would definitely give him a boost too.

20 players and teams need a 23 man roster, not 22... 4.3 mill left to sign 3 players...signing someone for 4 mill leaves $300K for 2 players... not to mention...sabres arent just going to give stafford for absolutely nothing...again...ridiculous

yea playing with a max roster is ideal...being that injuries happen to every single team...i'm so glad you arent gillis...its hard to do a worse job than him...but you'd certainly try...i wish you had MacT's job....youd probably use minimum amount
