Not sure I know the answer to this, but I wonder what effect our tight knit core full of leaders would have on a talented player who is a bit of a douchenozzle?
Will a guy (not necessarily this guy specifically) who has had a history of not fitting in or going rogue have to adjust his game and attitude on this team because of the force of their leaders and the success they've had? One thing I am sure of, there is no risk that a bad attitude would spread to others on this roster. I'd like to take a gamble in this area to see the answer, although I don't know enough about this guy to know if this is the case to try.

This franchise's luck with Russkie's isn't the greatest. Wouldn't chance it, especially at the $$$ he believes he's worth.

Shaw and/or Kruger will do just fine. We have the right sort of players to make up for his loss. Unlike say when we lost Buff in 2010.
