Very stoked about Zad but I don't think signing him to an ELC this season would be smart. He needs ATLEAST another year in London before coming to AHL/NHL.

We're not winning the cup this year so all the more reason to be patient w/ our prospects.

The problem is the sabres are screwing up there rebuild. As the team stands i could see them fighting for 8th place again. They cant play worse then they did last year
and Miller and Vanek are in contract years. Can never imagine Darcy trading for prospects when we are in ninth two points out of the playoffs.

Hopefully it is different this year, our division is tougher, so we should lose more. Also, HF just updated the Sabres' prospect pool, which was long-awaited.

I swear that I checked every day for the past month to see the ratings. At last we have them, but Hurley is missing. I an surprised to see that Compher is only a 6.5. Everyone around him has a rating of 7.0+.
