Winnipeg has done nothing but make dumb decisions. Passing on Cortuirier while all the fans wanted him, these insane signings, and letting so many core players all at once have to be signed.

Handling of Burmistov etc.

The fans in Winnipeg deserve a bit better.

Say What???!!! first off, I don't see how Coots is going to be anything more than a 3 line center. However, let's leave judgment until Schiefele is at least playing.

It wasn't JETS management that decided to have all these contracts expire at the same time. Nothing you can do about that one. Was it too high? Maybe, Maybe not, but I'll bet by year 4 Bogosian's contract looks golden. 2 years after he would have been UFA.

Burmistrov is a lost cause who wasn't going to play in the top 6 six. If he's not in the top six he's really of no use unless it on the PK.

I'm a homer all the way, but so far I'm liking this direction the Jets have taken

Actually this info is entirely wrong. Some temperature info for you:

Aluminum (the primary component of plane fuselages) melts 660.3 degrees Celsius
Steel (might find some in planes, also is the support beams of the towers) melts at 1370 degrees Celsius, BUT IS STRUCTURALLY UNSTABLE AND SOFT AT 538 degrees Celsius

Jet fuel burns at over 900 degrees celsius - a plane would be completely melted, a tower would lose total structural integrity

the box cutters didn't cause the attacks. They were used to stab unarmed unsuspecting flight attendants and pilots.

so wait... Couts, despite playing 2 years in the NHL by 20, won't be anything more than a 3rd line centre. based on that logic, Scheifele will spend his career in Germany.

You're right. It's not ridiculous. What IS though is how 19 men were able to cripple the word's most technologically advanced nation in a matter of hours, despite the US having intelligence from several countries saying this would happen? Why did Donald Rumsfeld order a Stand-Down on planes that would have been able to intercept them and stop this?

I think the main point here people are missing is not IF this happened, but was it LET to happen?

First of all the arrogance and ignorance of the people in here that claim to know without a doubt what is and what is not a fact in support of their own conspiracy theory is about as thick as a crowd of teenage girls at a Justin Bieber concert.

None of the political hacks nor the far right or far left high ranking political analysts in the US believe any of the garbage being aired out by all the conspiracy theorist making all the noise. Bill Mahr, Jon Stewart, Colbert,Chris Matthews, Limbaugh, Hannity etc... Not one of them support the inside job theory, and these guys all like to bash the US goverenment.

What you have is, like in any conspiracy theory is whack jobs gathering up all kinds of ambiguous happenings, rumors and loose facts surrounding an event and using movie tactics on all the gullible and easily swayed people. It's called suspension of disbelief. They want to take all those loosely gathered tidbits and combine them all into one misguided and almost completely made up theory that makes it seem like there is no other possible story line that is believable.

Believe what you want, lord knows there's plenty of people out there willing to explain away something logical and easy to understand with something sensational, outlandish and misleading in order to make their theory easier to believe.

There is one thing everyone can agree on, the events of 9/11 were in fact a conspiracy. That is the one fact that no one can dispute.

Oh you don't see how a kid who was only till recently still technically a teenager can't be anything more than a 3rd liner? You sure changed my view on him bud.

That hole in the pentagon combined with not one part of a plane found just seems like a pretty big leap of faith to think it was a plane.

And for every one that disagrees there are hundreds more who agree. If there weren't these theories (which, because I find conspiracies interesting, I have watched all the videos of by the way) would have WAY more attention.

Just goes to show you how some people refuse to accept something so logical and easy to understand that they would come to believe the only way to kill someone or incapacitate them with something sharp is to "stab" them with it.

Couturier's been a 3C at 18/19. Plays really tough minutes and is likely capable of being a great 2C IMO. Victim of the depth chart in PHI

there were supposedly a couple plane parts found, from a 757... do you realize how big that plane is? The next to indestructible black box was never found either, hmph, no seats found. But again... a 757 would make a much bigger hole than 16 feet.

He's a victim of Laviolette being scared to give him big minutes. He plays exceptional even with garbage line-mates.

If Laughton makes the team and can secure a top 9 role, I can almost gurrantee you Giroux goes to Couturiers wing w/Voracek.

If Laughton makes the team, I suspect he gets around the minutes Couturier's been getting fairly soon. I've read Laughton and Jenner played some of the toughest minutes in the OHL/CHL
