haha ya right... Gardiner is gonna be so bad the NHL is gonna create a new loophole allowing a guy to go down to the minors, excluding the waiver process if he is deemed to be as bad as Gardiner is

Meh - I think that we know what to expect out of most of the veterans. I think this year will be defined by how well the young guys do in expanded roles (Kadri, Gardiner and Franson) and the battle between the pipes.

Hey can someone re-post the link where Nonis and Carlyle are making Grabovski their 1c and cutting Bozak loose? I must have missed it.

I think the Leafs surprise a lot of teams. This team is a lot harder than what they were last year. I still think Lupul-Kadri-Clarkson will be one of the most fun lines in hockey to watch. They all play with chips on their shoulders but can put the puck in back of the net too. Defense is still gunna be suspect, but I expect both goalies will elevate their games as well. Just wish we had a true 1C so I could watch Phil hit the century mark.
