Gratton was a bust to be sure, but I was much more pissed at Clarke for going out signing him to a ridiculous deal than I was at the player who basically was what he was.
- BiggE

He was a bust as far as living up to the contract is concerned. But I agree with you, I blame the Flyers for that situation more then the player.

Somebody needs to replace Bobby Ryan as the next top young player who wants to play for the Flyers. Jones was actually in a plane that flew over Philly once!

No problem, I'll add you to the list.

Ironically, that list is a lot longer than the list of people who really do think Primeau's number should be retired.

- BringBack25

Playoff scoring wise, Primeau only barely beats out the most popular #25 amongst females of a certain age:

Keith Primeau: 34 career playoff points as a Flyer.
Peter Zezel: 31 career playoff points as a Flyer.

For 90% of his career he was just a big, lazy player and bad team mate. He clashed constantly with management and coaches where ever he played. While he could put up points half @ssing it through the regular season he never did anything in the playoffs when it mattered. He had those two good series against Toronto and Tampa and the Flyers lost one of them.

Hey btw I saw the new evil dead... I thought it blew reason being its a sell out in that it adapted mainstream cliche especially chick heroine figure all too common in horror. Where the old one went against all that bullpoop and did its own thing... Your thought?

I went into it expecting it to be a complete waste of my time but promised myself I would let it stand on it's own. I thought it was an intense ride and worth my money. I couldn't just black out the others and thought it paid appropriate homage without copying it completely.

The girl was the evil entity until the last, what, 15 minutes. I was afraid it was going to be exactly what you said but didn't really take that away. I think there's a lot of blow back because everyone loves the original 2 films so much.

I bought the Blue Ray when it came out.

The Conjuring was tremendous if you haven't seen it.

Getting bothered by anything Marcus Hayes writes is sort of like getting mad at brain damaged three year old for breaking a vase that was left on the floor. He's just a braying jackass who missed the WIP boat and is limited to a newspaper outlet and the awful Barkann hosted show that tries to be Philly's version of Skip Bayless and Stephen A Smith's yellfest on ESPN.

Parent is beloved, 40 years after the first Stanley Cup. People recognize him where ever he goes. They love him, and he returns the feeling.

Yo Hammer, instead of putzing around playing hockey in Isreal, shouldn't you be getting the Canucks ready for the season

Congrats, man!

I wanna check out the conjuring but with my lack of childcare it's hard to get to the theaters (dont like leaving my wife home for things like that) so ill check it out on blu-ray/pppv. I just hope no more evil deads are made, they can't capture the magic with the original or movie makers just don't have the uh back bone to do it. Either way I don't know but the reboot will be out of existence once to me once I pay my cable bill next month
:lol
