not the point. you want to grill a steak quickly on direct heat. closing the lid traps the heat and bakes the steak.

also only use tongs not a grill fork.

Funny, the only NB people I know did it the other way around. They both visit their parents like, 3 times a year and they didn't know each other before meeting at the gym and finding out they were from the same town.
