Im surprised MB isnt getting any criticism...the Habs looked pathetically weak in the playoffs and he makes the team even smaller during the off season
The defense also doesnt look too good without Emelin in the lineup especially if Gorges and Markov take a step back...
I dont see the Habs making the playoffs next year, got a feeling that the injury bugs is going to bite them hard and that Price is going to be very average... |

If DD gets back to where he was 2 years ago, he will get his minutes. Lots of blame is put on DD but Pacs wasn't the same player either. Cole with a tantrum really didn't help. - Symba007
Patches had a good year.
DD was the one with a down year. I'm not worried for DD's production and I don't think that's really what bothers people.
Gionta's gone next summer and Brière should be gone the following one, hopefully we'll have kids coming up or sign guys that can fill those roles, while being bigger/more physical.
The team could survive with Gallagher and Desharnais in the top9. |

It's a nice place to watch a game. And it's pretty cheap, compared to the Habs |

Is there something in Montreal that isn't cheap compared to the Habs? |

Hopefully he doesn't get another contract in MTL after that. I mean, Bergevin did resign Drewiske... |

seriously.
The hate is getting ridiculous.
28 points in 48 games, being paid 850 000$ and he gets the Scott Gomez treatment....hell, I think Gomez got lots more rope than that. |

Drewiske doesn't cost much, and hopefully will see more pressbox than icetime.
With Emelin injured at the start of the season, I don't mind that depth signing. |

You have to understand something though. We know for a fact that Desharnais' numbers will continue to go down while Eller will double his production compared to last year.
It is guaranteed. 100%

I wouldn't be surprised if Bergevin gave something like a 2 years, 6 million total contract to Gionta after this one. |
