I like the Balthazar in Centropolis. Zibo is also good, but kinda overpriced (surprise!)

We wanted to go to Balthazar once, but despite havign a reservation they told us we'd have to wait 1 hour, so, surprise, we walked to 3B and got a table in 10 minutes.
