Speaking of nice. My buddy just bough a house in Vegas. I was surprise to know how dirt cheap house can be in vegas. And his house is a freaking mansion with a huge in ground pool and jetted tub.

From the pictures he sent me, the same house in Canada would be close to 1mil.
