You missed my point. Some christians read the Old Testament and become hate filled vengeful people. Even when they had plenty of reason to hate and exact revenge the Jews didnt. They don't push and they don't judge. They got it right.

There are religious zealots in every religion even Judaism, just like there are plenty of people that take their "book of god" for what it is. Fairy tales meant to teach life lessons and to provide hope when you are in the gutter, and some of those tales are way out of date and need to be forgotten or revised.
