When the only team sports leagues going on are MLB and CFL you can expect crappy sports news day in day out.

Not sure why they don't talk more about MLS... It's in 3 major cities in Canada.
- Pecafan Fan

I'm sure they'd talk more about it if Toronto FC wasn't the worst team in the league year after year.

because of ALL the hype around this fantastic group of players the Jays acquired last winter. Great team.....on paper.

Yeah well Toronto fans and media kind of have an history of overhyping their sports teams...don't see why that would change soon.

i actually enjoy reading about the NFL on some websites, especially Peter King at cnnsi.com. and i have a team i follow pretty closely. but i have a very hard time staying interested while watching a game. i enjoy the action, but for me, the stoppages/commercials make me switch the channel and i end up watching reruns of All in the Family.

That's why it shocks me how popular it is here. There is so much down time during a game.

There's still a poopton more action than during a soccer game. I think it's a very good team sport.

I think it's made to be watched while doing something else completely.

I only watch the superbowl.

There might not be alot of goals in soccer but the play keeps on going for a long period.

After a while, you start to appreciate the little things, the positioning, the good passes.

It's interesting to say the least.

i love watching the patriots and the NFL on sundays but the reason i like top end soccer on TV is the fact that when the whistle blows its 45 minutes of non-stop, no clock stoppage play. can't wait for the premier league to start.

I enjoy Sunday football, don't watch it every week but when I have time I think it's fun to watch.

And I agree, you don't have to be super focused on the game to enjoy it.
