Booth has almost no value until he shows he can stay healthy and productive. Three of his last 4 years have been injury-prone and he's a long way from the 30 goal guy he was once.

I was looking at the UFAs next year and makes me wonder, do you really want to re-sign the Sedins or would we like to go in a different direction.

If the Sedins come off the books and we get rid of Booth and Lu is traded . We would have over 30 mil in cap space and could take a different direction.

Tootoo isn't as much 'Search and Destroy' now as he was from 2003-2009. And who knows what will happen with a confrontational coach like Torts. Toots has only been around reserved coaches who know how to control a dressing room/team without everyone hating them.

Tavares is good but Moulson is also very good. The also said Tavares made Parenteau, well Parenteau goes to Colorado and lead the team in scoring. If Booth played with Tavares he would not even be as good as Boyes and that is not saying much.
