I bought a beef back ribs today...gotta do them in the oven or slow cooker...I never do beef ribs. If anyone has a secret recipe let me know.

I wish they hadn't hunted the animal the McRib comes from to extinction

If you can find a cheap smoker get that if not boil them for like 2 to 3 hours with tons of flavouring and then you can bbq or cook then in the oven to finish the moisture from boil will make them tender works best for pork ribs but should do the same with beef ribs
