It's a quad, snowmobile, boat and tractor all built into one unit...i need it for my ranch for grooming ground and hauling poop and hay....and it's my rec vehicle as well...it goes where quads and snowmobiles can't go....not fast, but go anywhere you point it

What teams are looking to trade for a guy like Phaneuf? Probably not a bottom feeder... so the first won't be all that special, unlikely to ever be as good as Phaneuf.

And d-man prospects are becoming as iffy as goalies. They take so long to develop, and so much can go wrong with their development.

Whats the point in removing the most important piece on the team, without getting a sure thing back? It's not like he's too old to compete or anything like that.

Leafs really need to clean up some of those contracts. I'd trade Dion now while he still has value and then you can build around your youth in the back end. It would be a painful year but it would clear up the cap space to sign your RFA's, give Lupul the C and possibly you can offer sheet a player like Pietro and have assets back for Phaneuf (1st and good prospect).

lol @ people questioning Nonis' extension. It's not like it counts against the cap. MLSE builds condos out of stacks of hundred dollar bills. If the team sucks, he gets fired and gets paid millions of millions of dollars anyway. That's how executive jobs work. If you do a good job, you get millions of dollars. Not only top 3 youngest, but 9th overall last year. And came within a minute of beating the Bruins who then steamrolled their way to the final and barely lost that. If it wasn't for the quantum singularity event that occurred in Boston, there's no reason they couldn't have gone another few rounds. If the Leafs need to rebuild, what the heck do the 21 teams that finished below them need to do?
