He was drafted and played for the Leafs.
Your opinion is invalid as you do not agree with scouts, coaches and GMs. - jbold
Don't even bother man.
The more you play into his garbage routines, the more excuse he has to come in here with the same baited bullpoop every day and get attention out of it. |

Hm? Sorry, but you're trying to say Bozak is a good player.
Youre wrong. He has yet to break 50 points with 2 top line wingers AND apparently playing the most minutes out of any forward.
So yeah, reaching 60 points will be a miracle for a hack like Blowzak. - jbold
You fail to understand life. Its ok though you'll understand, time insures all eventually learn things. Development is a real thing, something Bozak showed in all areas last season, if you didn't see a pattern and differentiating of his goals this year to seasons past, perhaps you should look. You will see a player gaining confidence in his own abilities and expanding on them in different areas. He's clearly improved his shot, he's learned to apply his agility away from the puck to find the scoring areas behind defenders infront of the net, and he's become a great neutral zone and transitional player, who starts a lot of the plays his linemates finish (whether you see it in the assists column or not). You're just a hack with a limited opinion, perhaps pay a little more attention, and you will understand why the hockey minds know just a little more than you when theyre signing Bozak to an extension. |

Great post. That was my point as well. No one is talking about next season. It's all about Clarkspn getting 7 years or Bozak getting 4.2 million per. The team is better. - RogerRoeper
Thank you for some sanity. The team is better right now than it was when Bergeron knocked us out of the playoffs.
We all get to enjoy some good Leafs hockey next year, just as we did last year, and we're all tearing each other apart.
I don't know about everyone else, but I have enough poop to worry about for the foreseeable future that I'm not overly concerned with what Bozak may or may not do in 5 years. |

I wont. Because if he does. It'll be a miracle. Hoping his value rises and we can get at least a 4th rounder for him. - jbold
The way he has trended his first 4 years, he could very well come very close to 60 this year....
Still not saying much for our 1C, especially considering who is is playing with.... |

I'm a man of my word. Carlyle will hate him by Christmas. Lol. And I'll retire if it's not a fact. - honesthockey
No worry, either way it's a win/win situation for the Leafs. If he's great, super for the Leafs. If he's not, he's still young & loaded with potential, he could be big trade bait. So it's nothing to sweat over. |

Clarkson > Clowe
Ask every GM that bid on Clarkson and they'll tell you the same thing: Clowe's Plan B. - gravyface
He certainly was, and that certainly was never up for debate.
I'm talking clowes 5 year contract, and clarksons 7 year contract.. And simply saying its not written in stone how it all plays out.
If you have answers to that before year one of those contracts even start, I have a hgh 5 for you. |

Let's all just agree to a truce. Let's set some number - say, 50 points or 20 goals - and if Bozak reaches it next year, all the Bozak fans win and the haters lose.
Conversely, if he fails to hit that target, the Bozak haters are right and he's a total piece of poop for all eternity.
But here's the part that really counts: Everyone has to shut up about it until the games have ACTUALLY BEEN PLAYED. |

I agree with this.. And the numbers seem to be appropriate for bozak, not so much for kessels center.
But either way, this is called summer. If its not the bozak grabovski debate.. It's gonna be Clarkson, gunbarsson.. Bernier, bolland.. Kadri/franson.. Etc.
This is what happens come the end of jy when peoe are starting to lose their (frank)ing minds with no hockey.

"It's nothing to sweat over" should be the motto around here during these dead summer days when there's nothing to really talk about.
Everything gets blown out of proportion July-September. The dog days of summer are truly upon us. |

yes cause Grabbo is so great that when he was a Leaf, 29 teams were knocking on Nonis's door willing to A) give up an asset to get Grabbo & B) He's so great, 29 GM's would have no problem taking on his idiotic overpaid cap with ridiculous term. NOT NOT NOT |

WOAH!
You guys won't believe what I just discovered! I was stumbling around in my dark basement when I tripped over something laying across my path.
As I fell I reached out and grabbed the closest thing to me. I grabbed a curtain and as I fell it was completely pulled from the wall, unleashing an avalanche of sunlight into my dark abyss.
I lay there, looking up into the light, as playful white puffs dance across the beautiful warmth that overwhelms me.
I stood myself up and outstretched my hand, it was no illusion.
Outside is calling! |
