Wow I know it's a little slow right now, but can we let the man finish the off-season and at least get into camp before we start chanting "fire Nonis"?

Pro Tip: Dave Nonis is aware of the Leafs cap situation; this isn't new information for him right now.

Uhhhh. I know Leafs fans aint banwagoners why should a jays fan be?

Im loyal and I will gladly watch every game and rep my boys til the day I die. I never gave up on the Nucks during there sharty 90's run.

And there is no way I'll turn on my boys from TO.

I Associate the Jays with my grandfather who passed away 2 years ago. He was there biggest fan.

They have and always be special to me.

You guys should know what loyalty means being Leafs fans.....

The Jays have some pretty loyal fans. I was 5 when they won in '93, I have a vague memory of cheering with my parents when they did. That's all they've given me and I still try to get to at least 7-8 games a year.

I don't really enjoy baseball except when it's playoffs and when it's the Blue Jays, which pretty much sums up how much I watch...

I was a big Jays fan and I still keep an eye on them but baseball lost me eventually with the lack of a salary cap. When one team can spend 250 million while others spend 35, it's just not an actual competitive league anymore.

The highlight of the season for me now that the Anthopolous-type rebuild has crashed into the mountain is going to be the doping suspensions, that'll be fun.

We can't sign our existing RFA's AND Ranger. Especially since Ranger is not likely to be playing for the minimum. We can't even afford the bridge deals as well as Ranger. Unless we trade Liles...who's actually better than Ranger.
- djamon

Ranger is Liles' replacement. Liles will be moved, hopefully for a draft pick. Ranger is a cheaper depth guy. And you may be eating all the shat you are spewing on Ranger. I saw him play last year for the Marlies - he was the best player on the ice in many games last season.

Easily. Ranger has been a higher ranked player than Fraser in the past. If he can get back to there, close to it then it's not even close.

This past year when they were all playing for the Marlies, Ranger was the best of that group (Fraser, Ranger Holzer, ect...)

Do any of you cats ever fish on the Toronto Islands? I'm thinking of going over there with a few spoons and spinner baits looking for some pike. Anyone got a honey hole I can use my rod in?
