I hate the treadmill. I'd rather get caught in a thunderstorm any day of the week. I'll be relegated to the treadmill once the temperatures take a nose dive around October.

I may need to get a brace for mine. It's the same leg that I rolled my ankle on back in 09. It's the top of my foot that's bothering me so I think it's part of the aftermath of that.

I do that too when I have to. But it's so much harder for me to get myself to the gym to do that than it is to just go enjoy the outdoors for a bit. Especially if I've already been cooped up at work all day.

I didn't. I have 3 pairs of pants that I like to wear and a few different brightly colored shirts so that when it gets dark out I'm still visible. I grab whatever I find first or whatever is clean.
