No GM or NHL team is going to spend the amount of money you are talking about to dump a more "talented" player and replace him with a inferior player because he fits a coaches system better. That's just insane on every level of running a business and professional hockey team.

THANK U!!!! Grabbo was done as a Leaf, his time was up. What makes me laff is that, Grabbo fans think Bozak replaced Grabbo, but that's nonsense, GRabbo was NEVER gonna play on the 1st line with Kessel. GRabbo was made expendible cause Kadri is ready to assume the role of a 2nd line center. So Grabbo fans, tell me, with Kadri as the 2nd line center, where was Brabbo gonna fit? 1st line with Kessel? Thank u!!!! Bozak does everything that is asked & more. Ok he doesn't put up big numbers for a 1st line center but he does everything else right, including having wonderful chemistry with Kessel, our most important player. That's all people have to criticize Bozak on is that he doesn't put up big numbers, that's all u guys got on him. If he ever puts up bigger numbers, all u guys will have egg on your faces.
