It typically doesn't matter who is on your 4th line, unless your other 3 suck.

Kaleta does more than a typical 4th liner and he gets under the other teams skin.

Exactly...thank you.
He would not be in the lineup on a good playoff team.
He is past his 4th line-prime and not an effective checker anymore due to the nhl cracking down on his hits..legal or non....he gets a penalty.
