at this point hall has a very good chance, eberle is a longshot and the nuge has virtually no chance.

even if the nuge absolutely tore the first half up next year, he'd still be just a long shot with his age and the guys in front of him.

The only way he is a question mark is if he doesn't report to the Canucks this season or if he craps the bed in the first 3 months of the NHL season. It's foolish to think that the goalie for the gold medal winning team last Olympics won't be at this one. It's his torch to run with. And don't give me that horse hockey about Canada winning despite Luongo.

Brodeur? No chance he is there.

I like it. I'm biased for sure but I put In Ebs before getzlaf.

As a Sharks fan, I really think Logan Couture should be considered. Not saying he should for sure be on the team but just be considered. Great 2-way guy that will win faceoffs and kill penalties. Offensive skills are just the tip of the iceberg with this guy. Could serve a similar role as Bergeron did 4 years ago.

Again, dont bite my head off here or call me a homer. Not sayin hes a lock. Should be considered. Esspecially with some of te other riiculos names being thown around here.

problem is, Bergeron will be filling that role in Sochi. but it's a good point. Couture is a fantastic player. wish i got to see more of him.

I'm more talking about how he hasn't played to the "elite" level the past 2 season. He has been average, in the same system where Schneider was posting vezina type numbers the past 2 seasons.
