Any word on the Straka's attitude? I'd take a marginal talent over better talent, if the marginal player had a Jagr-like work ethic and a great attitude. This is probably a greater critical success factor to NHL longevity. Sure there is a minimum talent level to get a shot, and talent will buy you a long " cup of coffee".
