It reall doesn't make a difference. Of two guys who are equally useless to us, we went with the big winger over the big defenseman. At the time, we needed the big winger. Still do.

me too... stay at home guys usually take a few years to become real solid. he's no all star.. and carter was a fair trade for him

i expect carter to start challenging for the 3rd and 4th line roles starting this year.
