A class action lawsuit by victims of the Lac-Mégantic explosion will seek damages from the company that extracted the oil and the company that was to refine it as well as the rail company that was shipping it.

Irving Oil Co., one of Canada’s largest companies, and Dakota Plains Holdings, the North Dakota firm that extracted the oil, were added as defendants to a class action lawsuit filed Monday.

He is. He's pretty good at keeping that fine line between friend and boss in check. God knows I've been in enough poop when I've (frank)ed up. But we've come to understand between us and nothing is personal. Now after hours, that's a different story. On our trip he ended up pissing on my arm, so I pissed in my hand and wiped it on his face.
