He'd look a lot better with another top pairing defensemen at his side. The Leafs have a lot of defensive depth but they are really lacking elite players on the back end.

NHL hit stats are so inaccurate its not even funny...in some buildings you bump a guy and its a hit and in others you have to knock him on his ass to get credit.

Dion is a decent player but overpaid and not very smart, one of the most over rated guys in the league for sure. How many times have you seen him lose the puck at the offensive blue line and then coast back as the other team scores.

not to mention letting guys stand in front of the net in game seven of a certain playoff series

you do, its not even an official NHL stat that can be used in contract negotiations...in fact its so bad most teams have their own guys that do stats because they don't trust the leagues numbers

Well, you can... and even we as fans do. The one thing that comes with 10 years of sheer, gut-wrenching irrelevance is perspective. They'll understand one day.
