A lot of things have to go right. I guess you could say that about a lot of teams.

The only thing I am real interested in is how good Bernier will be. If he becomes a top 10 goalie in the league, then the Leafs win that trade.

I do think TO had a lucky season, and they shouldn't have gotten rid of Grabo or Macarthur. But the east also has a pretty weak bottom half.

I don't really know how the new division work, but it won't be hard to finish ahead of NYI, BUF, CAR, FLA, TB, n maybe NJ.

How I feel about EDM. Not remotely close to being contenders. Kids need to mature. Need 2 top pairing D, Schultz could be on in 1-2-3 years. But if all goes right, won't be hard to finish above CGY, COL, NSH, WPG, PHX, with DAL n MIN being wildcards

never said dubey was gonna start. odds are he doesn't make the team. But saying he'll get no invite is just being dumb for no reason other than that you dislike the oilers.

I honestly don't know if they were lucky. They did play in one of the top 2 divisions last year so, I am not sure about luck.

I guess I just see a lot of question marks. Lupul? Kadri? Gardiner? Reimer?

MacArthur and Grabo were not real bad losses IMO. Frattin was more difficult to give up, but I liked that trade.
