Bergeron is more useful to the Bruins than Kessel is to the Leafs. In my opinion.

I wouldn't give Kessel that much money but hey, he may very well get it.

I'm still not sold on Yakupov. He's talented, there's no question, but I think his attitude need some adjusting. He really lost any respect I had for him when he skated past his entire team and slid by centre ice with his arms in the air pretty much proclaiming he should be bronzed because of that goal. I'd rather a player score a few less points and not act like a moron.

Lol at Yakupov attitude problems

I did say make a great case too....as in you both present your facts, and its a decent debate as long as you guys don't call each other idiots.

Regards,
The resident idiot.

Seriously? The only one of the golden boys not given all the ice-time he can eat and never complained has an attitude problem because at 19 he scored his first GWG in overtime?
- AdamFrench

It wasn't just that goal, it stands out though. I didn't say he's hopeless, he is only a teenager and he'll grow up. I guess I just don't think he's as awesome as he does. He's always had some pretty animated goal celebrations, even when he was in Junior, and I normally don't care about stuff like that. Just as it stands if he continues to act like that I'm not sure if he's a player I'd like on my team.

He's only 26, actually he's turning 26 on October 2nd. He made the Bruins right out of the draft, then got a 5 year deal from us after his entry level.

lock his a-ss up for 6-8 years

- t_leafs21

7 years $49 million. I'll give him a modified NTC so we can't trade him to The Peg or Boston. DONE.. Lets type it up.

This is the year Hall scores 50! Unless Nail steals his goals.*Sorry I was wrong last year. Hall will be top 6 in the NHL in points for sure.

JFJ pre-lockout was fine....post lockout.....

Had few issues with Burke, just didn't like how he threw the baby out with the bath water on many of his trades to kick things off.

Ok, I did say I didn't really have an issue with that right?...

Anyways you watch a lot more Oilers games than I do, and if you say I'm wrong then I probably am. I'm just basing this off of the games I've seen.

Made the error of thinking he was close.

Burke IMO hugely overrated for what he did here.

Coaches raved about his 'coachability' or whatever last year. His only goal is to get better. By the end of the year he was just about the Oilers best player.

Burke made some good moves to bring in some younger talent, and fill the prospect cupboards. He was horrible at signing FAs though.
