Let these kids fail first, get a taste of how bad losing is and come back with fire. If they don't have the fire to win it's an easy filter to get rid of them.

Play the Kids! They may fail at first, then come back with 'fire and get you to 6th place! Then trade them off in a few years because they aren't good enough to win the cup. Change the 'core' again in 5 years.....yawn...repeat.
