I'm not saying he hasn't looked good, just that if you look back to last year, all of the same things were said. When comparing him to kids that are out there now, he does look like a man among boys, but let's wait until he is playing with other men

I wasn't laughing, I agree he looks great, and I hope that translates into NHL success this year. I am just cautious because the exact same accolades were pouring down on him last year at this time.

And by the way, I am a big fan of Weber, he has definitely come a long way.

That was me. Who would you like to know about? Heres the piece I posted on another site

Morning session:

-Pysyk will have to totally choke in camp to lose his roster spot IMO. Looked real good positionally and with his shot. He does remind me in ways of Duncan Keith.

-Risto looks like the NHL version of a June 1 call-up in baseball. He could be an NHL regular by January if they can get him in Rochester. Does everything real well and that shot is as hard as advertised. Could put 5-10 lbs on tho.

-Zadorov is a physical specimen. Hes got real good wheels for his size and you could just tell he was itching to hit someone. I cant wait until he unloads on someone tomorrow.

-Girgensons is the unquestioned vocal leader of the group and damn sure captain material. Competes 110% and is a solid offensive player. Loved that he got mad at Pysyk during 3 on 3s and almost chopped his stick in half.

-Baptiste and Hurley impressed me as well. Both have great wheels and Hurley has a nice little wrister from the wing.

-Brady Austin might be a 7th round find. Hes a big kid with a pretty good shot.

Afternoon session:

-Grigorenko is just, wow. Moving like lightning. His shot is electric. Had a 1 timer in 3 on 3's that made everyone notice.

-Bailey has all the physical tools.

-Compher is a smaller Girgensons. Compete, compete, compete.

-Lieuwen is nothing but a ECHL goaltender. Makarov jumps both he and Knapp on the depth chart this year

... OMG you are right. No other draft classes play in the NHL he is top 3 forget the top ten. We got at least the third best player in the NHL. Why does everyone want to trade him we need to sign him to a 15 year deal. then when he retires make him the head coach and GM and Owner

On topic: regardless of the lineup buffalo puts out this year, marking them for a top 3 pick is premature. It's the nhl. The opposite often happens.

I am entertained. It is the internet how could you not be enterained. we all like the sabres, but some of us have different views big deal. Some people on here take this forum to much to heart and it is like why make such a big out of the internet. I say enjoy your time here with follow fans of hockey and if you don't enjoy it get out, because doing something on the internet that you don't enjoy is just silly
