I would mover Gunner for Bogosian...wonder if The Jets would want to take a lesser cap hit in Gunnar yet still get a serviceable d-man back along with a decent prospect in Blacker/Holzer and a 2nd round pick....

Then move Liles out to male room for Bogo in cap space and on Blue Line....looking something like this;

Off topic.... but i havent bought a Leafs jersey in over 10 years. I think this year its time for an updated jersey. Im curious what the general consensus is with leafs fans, is the third jersey the way to go? I like the stylized Maple Leaf on it and the team seemed to wear those in the playoffs.

Go with that one. It's the logo they used for the 1967 Cup. It was changed to the current logo, in 1970, by Harold Ballard. That's excuse enough alone, to get rid of that logo. It's a curse and we haven't made the finals since. I just wish that they'd release the white '67 Jersey, because it's a beaut!

don't see how they can swing that under the cap even if they move Liles for no salary in return.

Bogosian is $5M + easily, then they have to get somebody back.

plus Jets aren't moving him if they can help it. Letting Hainsey go and trying to move Buf. Bogosian is their #1 next year.

guy got shafted being thrown to the wolves with Dion as a rookie. Limited bottom pairing minutes he should be ok. Got some experience, saw the speed. He's a big body who can skate (for his size) with a mean streak. He'll be fine.

Just look at Fraser... guy was a plug he whole career, prior to this season.
