That's good. Some think we are too chummy on here BTW- I'm right

There is no right and wrong with specualtion

I just don't like the business side of this teams management. I get it but I don't like it and I think unfortunately most players agree with my opinion. It's easy to say they have to keep contracts low and I get that but it's a whole other thing to have business practices like that. Again, this is all speculation btn us but it makes sense for lack of a better reason at this point. Good deducing Chief. Me being me I have to state that was an honest compliment

You make it sound like its so easy. Parjvii upside is 5x better than Baileys. Why would The blues take him? They were looking for speed which bailey doesn't have compared to pqrvkii
- Isles316

Come on man. How do you know? Pajaarvi may be good one day but he has shown less than Bailey in fact he has down right sucked when I've seen him play. 5 x? Bailey has shown far more talent than Paajarvi in the limited times I've seen him in fact Bailey's upside is far better than Perron's.

I doubt that's the reason because they haven't done this before. I can't see them starting a new cheap practice right before the big move to BK. Plus Lee could tell them to go fack themselves if he feel like he got cheated. He would be a UFA after the contract would be up because he came from college I believe. I could be wrong on that last part but I doubt it because I'm pretty much never wrong

as opposed to all the other ones? You are right about your last sentence, that's why we usually agree

I don't know. My point is, and I like Kear that he makes matter a fact points about why snow didn't do something every time a trade is made. Parjvii has speed that bailey doesn't have and he's younger. Two things the blues were looking for.

When somebody on another team gets traded its like clockwork somebody is gonna chime in "Snow sucks we could of traded for that guy" and then go on and list 5 guys who suck worse then the guy who was just traded

I hear you. It's easy to say why the fack didn't Snow pull the trigger? Who knows what they wanted? To be honest I'd rather keep Bailey then take Paajarvi and a second for him. I wouldn't trade him for Perron straight up. That's how highly I think of Bailey. He may never amount to what I'm saying but he 100% has the skills too it's just a matter of him putting it together. That unfortunately is what the difference is btn an NHL player and a mediocre one. I think Bailey gets it together, just my opinion.

Getting back to Lee I don't think there will be a spot for him down the road unless he really improves his overall game in the next year or so in the AHL. He has no shot of making the team out of camp this year, which is a good thing I guess

I agree. Bailey is a good hockey player and played well last year. He has potential to be a 55-60 point guy. I like him and I would venture to bet they get a deal done before arbitration. By filing, it protects him from being stuck before training camp

Strome article

Got this awesome post from the comments section below the article. I love how rumors get started

Know someone who is an intern within the Isles organIzation, hearing rumors Grabner's contract is being faxed? do they move Grabner in a package for a goalie, Hiller? Or maybe for a veteran defenseman? He is signed and great speed, would be a nice trading chip, plus a Garth dumpster dive turned gold! Tade Grabner to make room for Strome?

I hope not. He has raw talent from what little I've seen. Has to work on his skating but I was impressed by his positional play again from what little I saw. He seemed to be where he needed to be in some aspect and that made up for his skating in some regard. If he improves on his skating who knows maybe his game will come together?
