Schenn and Streit has the potential to be a disaster. Schenn likes to hit, and can get caught out of position when he tries to lay a hit. Coburn is the ideal partner for Streit, because he is responsible defensively and he's also the most mobile of the "defensive" defensemen, so he can recover more quickly than Schenn or Grossmann is Streit gets caught.

I'd go:

Timonen-Schenn
Streit-Coburn
Grossmann-Gustafsson

To me, that gives you the most logical pairs, gives a good puck mover on each, and a solid stay at home guy. It also gives at least one guy with good mobility on each pair.

Honestly, with no 1st rounders going from our side, that wouldn't be off to get someone like Pietrangelo. Of course, we could remove Laughton and/or Simmonds, put in someone like Read, and add a 1st rounder or 2, and it'd be pretty equal value.
