It didn't occur in Laval Marty. It's ok that you don't get it, but at least leave room for the possibility. What was done was not murder.

Well according to the timeline of events, one guy provoked the whole situation and that guy is now pleading for self-defense.

Considering he started the whole thing, how does that even make sense?

Wannabe-cop should have mind his own (frank)ing business (like the cops told him in the first place).

You're giving me the prosecution's version. If that's the one you believe, that is more than fine with me - and I mean that. But why is that the correct version?

Starting to think that you feel George is guilty
- habs12

impossible, he was doing what every other good civilian should do. Profile a guy based on his appearance, get in a fight with him for no apparent reason and then kill the guy.

dead simple.

This is quite naive Marty. I'm surprised. Where does it say he profiled him?

Nothing will make him guilty as charged in this case.

Zimmerman himself called the cops... saying there was a "suspicious guy" (ie: a black guy wearing a hoodie) and they told him not to do anything.

Next thing you know, that fat (frank)ing idiot gets out of his car and a guy is dead.

(frank) he should be guilty just because he really is a clueless (frank).

If the bolded was possible, the streets would be empty.

As for what "suspicious guy" means, there is no way you can know that, and nothing shows that he meant that. As for what transpired, his judgment was certainly to be questioned, I agree. That doesn't make him guilty of murder Marty.

Not sure the state proved any of this in its case.
But time will tell.
