As per them, much of their young talent has graduated from prospect to NHL regular

St. Louis entered the year with a top-heavy system, and thus, graduating Vladimir Tarasenko and Jaden Schwartz is a big blow to their ranking. Ty Rattie and Dmitrij Jaskin are very good, young players, but it falls off here after that. Jordan Schmaltz and Tommy Vanneli, among a few others, could be interesting in a few years, but right now, the Blues' system is very thin.

@JohnDewey nothing imminent on Vanek or Miller. GMs splitting for summer and Sabres have 3 months to make move.

If this is true and GM's will be splitting for the summer, don't expect a Vanek and/or Miller trade soon. I guess they can work from their beach houses/cottages

Actually, it's quite the opposite. He knows so much hockey that it gets ridiculously annoying when he flaunts said knowledge.

Send hoff to carolina and bring back skinner. Make a package and send stafford too get an extra pick or prospect. Combine that with what you get back in the miller/vanek deals and we have a great young group to build around.
