the content needs to be improved IMO on this site, but more so the refs/mods can feel free to delete and explain why the post was deleted instead of handing out stupid bans

it's so much easier to keep people here that are giving the site hits then recruit new people, esp with the changes of bloggers now vs 4 or 5 years ago.
