The pro scouts are going out and watching the kid play. Who do you think the good analysts are listening to, to form their opinions? Who do you think Bill talks to, to get his information on players?

I'm still shocked that Boston traded Seguin
- MJL

It was surprising but I'm not shocked. We've had our own experience with trading big players for internal reasons.

I thought it took itself too seriously. He began glaring at me when I started predicting the ridiculous dialogue.

"This is what we need, Sliver!!!!"

"How much are we going to need?"

"ALL OF IT!!!!!!!"

That's A+ writing right there.
Out of curiosity, what did you expect from a movie titled "Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter?" If you expected anything more than a film loosely tying together the Civil War with vampires, your expectations were too high.

I watched it on Halloween (my wife lets me choose 1 horror movie every year to watch, but she has a low threshold). We watched it, and I was expecting some God-awful B movie, and was surprised at the outright legitimacy of it.

Apparently he went out with friends in T.O. and got slammed between games in the playoffs. It was an ongoing issue.

Regardless, I was also surprised that they actually moved him. I thought they were just shopping him to shock him into cleaning up his act. That they pulled the trigger on their 21 yr old center is huge. At least they got more for him than we did when we ditched vanRiemsdyk.

My brother-in-law made us watch Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter yesterday. I didn't think it was possible for me to like him less.
- mayorofangrytown

We saw that this weekend. I fell asleep.
Meh does not begin to describe the sadness...

Such as Viggo Mortensen breaking his foot kicking the orc helmet in The Two Towers and using that as motivation for his cry of anguish?
- jmatchett383

Yessir 2 more I can think of in case none of you knew about them.
1. In The Dark Knight Rises when Heath Ledger (Joker) was walking away from the hospital and he pressed the trigger to blow it up and the explosives didn't go off so he stayed in character and comically looked around and pressed the trigger a few more times before the explosion went off.

2.In Django unchained when Leonardo DiCaprio was yelling at Jamie Fox and Christoph Waltz at dinner and he slammed his hand on the table and cut his hand and proceeded to smear his bloody hand on Kerry Washington's face. Someone had accidentally put a shot glass under where Leonardo was supposed to put his hand in between takes so the cut was real and DiCaprio rolled with it. He needed 13 stitches afterwards

The more you know

Dear god you poor man. If we don't have a horror movie at least once a week at my place then I go ballistic. Fearnet and Chiller are on auto-dial.
Of course so was Funimation before damn Verizon canned it... (insert explitive)

I think it lost me early on when the Vampire killed the girl by biting her while swinging her around. I was like WTF? Then the vampire force field that keep the dead from killing the dead. My eyes got tired from all the rolling.

Next year's movie should be Dead Snow. It's a foreign film but it's hysterical... And in a horrifying way. I HIGHLY reccomend it.

During Young Lust in The Wall, when Pink cuts his hand on the shattered window...that was real to. The next scene is Don't Leave Me Now and he's sitting on a chair staring into nothingness with his hand dripping real blood. They shot that scene real quick before taking him to the hospital.

Ha some actors are awesome like that. When Dicaprio cut his hand everyone off camera, including the director, were apparently freaking out and just like , and even after the cameras stopped rolling dicaprio remained in character. And that guy's never won an oscar

Yep... It was a fun time.
Of course I like horror's that don't take themselves to seriously so I loved Cabin in the Woods as well.
Of course mixing two genre's I still pull out and watch Event Horizon.

I think Morin sucks. By the way, I've got two tickets in the lower bowl, parking included. After the game I usually drive my BMW and meet with my buddy Mark Messier for beers after the game.
