Your missing the point,I didn't say experience. It is a job,that you either get it or you don't. There is no schooling for it etc... He was a you g guy from western Canada who had nothing else in life to fall back on,some guys can exceed,but more often then not,they won't be successful...do you think after 7,8,9,10 years that is evident.stan bowman is a great example,he has the pedigree and was in college and is a bright guy. Also does it mean since Steve yzermanwas a great player,he will be a great gm. I believe coaching and gm job you can tell in the first few years if a guy has it. It might not be the right fit,but after 5,10,15 years don't you think it is evident Darcy is a mess
